Every part of the machine is reinforced, both in terms of its structure and its parts. It features 2 motors, a special drive to reduce stress and a large spiral, with possibility of installing larger motors in some models. The automatic mixer with lifter is used to tilt a compact spiral mixer while maintaining all the operating characteristics and solidity of the machine. Dough working time is thus reduced and emptying of the bowl is facilitated by means of the hydraulic tilting system.
